The special guest the Historical Bukayriyah Model received, when it was marked by a moment of profound, intimate resonance. Naqsh Studio had the distinct honor of receiving His Excellency Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, Imam and Khateeb of the Grand Mosque in Mecca.

For His Excellency—who was born and raised in Bukayriyah during the very era immortalized by the artwork—the encounter transcended a standard cultural exhibition. It was a tangible reunion with the streets, mosques, and courtyards of his youth. As he observed the meticulous recreation of the Najdi mud-brick tapestry, the masterwork fulfilled its ultimate purpose: collapsing time to allow the lived, personal memories of a generation to be physically anchored and deeply felt once more.
